With a Master's degree in European and International Studies (Cergy Paris University), Charles began his career as a European project manager at the Faculty of Science and Engineering at Sorbonne University. He supported research teams in setting up, negotiating and implementing projects funded by the European Union, particularly within the framework of Horizon Europe.
His expertise lies in strategic project management, coordinating international partnerships, and contractual and administrative monitoring, providing structural support to researchers at all stages of their projects.
He joined LaPsyDÉ in 2026 as project manager to coordinate the ELISCO programme, which aims to better understand inequalities in the educational and career trajectories of students from the end of primary school to higher education.
